How do I find a mediator?
The best resources for finding mediators are community mediation programs, court mediation programs, organizations, such as the American Arbitration Association and directories, such as our sister sites http://ExpertPages.com, http://AttorneyPages.com, or an unaffiliated site http://www.mediate.com site.

All of these resources can lead you to mediators, but the best way to determine who to use is the experience of others with a specific mediator. To find that out, you can ask the mediator to give you the names of parties for whom she has previously served.
